The Noble Floor Apartment, XVIII Century jewel of the City of Turin

Walking up the noble stairway of the main entrance of the Palazzo and going along the loggia, which offers an astonishing view of the inner courtyard, the visitor will reach the entrance of the Apartment, decorated with precious and elegant details. The door gives access through a vestibule to the atrium, characterized by massive dimensions (50 square meters * 7,40 m height), strategically connected with all other rooms of the apartment and decorated with a fresco inspired by the "Judgment of Paris" as well as with a coloured mosaic floor.

A first space composed by four smaller rooms (which can serve as operational offices) leads to the first salon, which preserves the original dimensions. The vaulting is finely decorated with a big fresco at its center, enriched by “grisailles” and statues celebrating the Saluzzo Paesana family.
